Stakeholder Engagement

“We’re all working together, that’s the secret.”

Sam Walton

Large projects attract multiple stakeholders, all with different interests. Our goal is to keep them on track and moving towards overall project success.  We achieve this through good communications, keeping the overall message consistent, but adapting it to the specific needs of each stakeholder group.

We’ve led the communications for the UK’s largest PFI hospital (Barts & The London), since 2009, working with the investors, contractor, FM service providers, and Barts & The London NHS Trust. We’ve also worked on various recycling projects for Catalyst Lend Lease, and are currently supporting the new hospital development for Luton & Dunstable NHS Trust; and have gone on to work with a number of the individual companies involved.

This service doesn’t fall neatly into Tiger Mouth’s core service offering, but due to my background working in infrastructure finance, I’m regularly asked by the public and private sector to work with their partners to develop a communications strategy, and then provide elements of its delivery.  This has ranged from simply organising events, creating a brand identity for a project, through to the complete delivery of communications across all stakeholders.

Next steps

Due to the huge time commitment these projects require, we are only able to take on one new project each year.  If you would like to discuss your project, please contact me for an initial chat.  Even if I can’t help this time, I’m sure I can give you plenty of advice.
